Patient appeared with pain and swelling in area of #41 (25). Prosthesis was done a couple of years before. Deep probing on MB aspect of #41 (25). Percussion and palpation was painful as well.

Exploration surgery was selected as a primary treatment plan. In case of there was no fracture root end surgery  done. After flap elevation and methylene blue staining there wasn't fracture line found.
