Referred case with internal resorption of central lower incisor. The tooth was not vital and sinus tract appeared. The treatment was already started by referred dentist to relieve suffering of patient.

Complete instrumentation of apical portion was done with SAF and apex was enlarged up to #50 with Nitiflex #50.

After the calcium hydroxide dressing for two weeks the treatment has been completed in the second appointment. Apical portion was obturated with help of Obtura gun and injection of warm guttapercha. The internal resorption zone was sealed with RRM (rooth repair material by Brasseler) with is actually BioCeramic material
