I was asked to make an attempt of non surgical re-Tx of lateral man incisor

Two broken fragments are seen in the apical third, root canal is over-enlarged probabaly because of previous attempts to remove the fragments.

all fragments were taken out with help of ultrasonic endosonore file hold by endochuck during the first visit

After two weeks with calcium hydroxide dressing apical third was sealed with MTA plug and final restoration was done.

    Nice!!! How did you do it?
    This week I’ve removed an instrument that I broke previously in a very sclerosed canal in the mid third. Instrument is out but there is so much dentine removed!
