Tooth #26 (14) – accidental finding on X-ray. The patient’s cheaf complaint was bleeding while flossing between first and second molar. The crown was done 2 years before. According to what patient was talking the RCT was done more than 5 years before and a new bulid up with FP was done before  a new crown placement but RCT was not re-evaluated. The treatment plan was to retreat the tooth through the existing crown then replace it.
