This patient was referred to our practice deu to impossibility to get patency in all canals

Tooth was previously treated and partially filled with hard whitish paste. There were no radiographic signs or symptoms that patient pointed at, but RD has decided to perform RCT properly

Started to retreatment the RD failed to remove an old filling and sent patient to my office. This is preoperative image

This is the view of pulp chamber and tiny orifices filed with whitish paste. It was removed easily with help of ultrasonic tip (endosonore file) and canals got patency
