This patient referred for consult and treatment of #25 and #26 has come to my office with pain from his upper right  jaw and swelling against #25 and #26. Russian version Crown was placed 6 month ago by me. There was a deep decay in this tooth and I treated it and left the tooth to be vital. Than the “deep decay” transformed into apical periodontitis. The decision was to do RCT through the crown. Microaccess allowed to preserve both tooth and crown structures.
